What are Pulse Points?
Facilitated sessions conducted with individuals at agreed intervals throughout the transformation journey. The aim is to have a dialogue with different levels of the organisation and to take a pulse at key milestones in the journey. These include checking; have your people understood the key messages, the vision, what is changing, and do they buy into the change overall? This will reveal if any pressure points exist that may need action to achieve success.

In times of change, people often lack confidence to share how they feel with senior leaders. We provide an external, objective and unbiased resource to support internal teams. Your people are invited to be engaged in the transformation journey, highlight challenges, concerns, and offer solutions. Sessions also provide an opportunity to sense check engagement levels, resilience and wellbeing.
